Registration Policies

Workshops are subject to change if minimum enrollment requirements are not met. If a workshop is cancelled by TGIF or its subsidiaries, participants are entitled to a full refund of any advanced tuition paid.

As a participant of Tian Gong Workshops, Healings and Trainings with Le-Tian Da Shi and his representatives, teachers and agents, I understand and acknowledge the following:

 

1. Tian Gong Training has often transiently produced a variety of temporary altered states including, but not limited to, deep states of relaxation, altered experiences of the physical body, and various emotional states including catharsis. Therefore, I disclose that I am not presently under a physician’s care for, nor am I acutely suffering from, any mental or emotional stress or condition which might preclude my comfort or participation in a Tian Gong Event.

 

2. Neither Le-Tian Da Shi nor his representatives, teachers or agents make specific claims that participation in Tian Gong Trainings or Workshops will guarantee a particular result for me or any other participant.

 

3. Neither Le-Tian Da Shi nor his representatives, teachers or agents claim that Tian Gong should be substituted for any medical care directed by a physician.

 

4. From time to time Tian Gong takes photographs, shoots video & records audio of students at Workshops, Healings and Trainings. I agree that Tian Gong International Foundation its assignees and transferees may copyright, use and publish such photographs, video & audio of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including possible use in our publications (print & electronic), on our website and for funding, development, advertising and public relations purposes. No compensation is provided to individuals who appear in the photographs, video & audio.

 

5. I understand that Tian Gong Events are led and taught by teachers who have been trained and certified. For the safety and welfare of myself and others, I understand that the teaching of all Tian Gong Practices requires formal teacher certification by Tian Gong International Foundation and Le-Tian Da Shi.

 

6. Students are encouraged to incorporate the teachings of karmic cause and effect into the process of learning and receiving Tian Gong teachings. I understand that Tian Gong expressly asks that I maintain all lecture material, personal notes, practice handouts received during Tian Gong Workshops and Trainings for my personal practice and use.
